Yesterday Fr. Brian Doyle OP was ordained to the priesthood in the church of Saint Catherine, Murrintown, Co. Wexford. The bishop of Ferns, Dr Denis Brennan ordained Fr Brian. This is the first of three priestly ordinations for the Irish Dominicans during the month of September as our brothers Maurice Colgan OP and Denis Murphy OP will also be ordained priests in two weeks time.
